MOBILE PT SESSIONS
Mobile PT Training sessions are available from West Swansea through to East Port Talbot. With an extensive kit list (SEE EQUIPMENT GALLERY) available to create the session that best suites you, its never been easier and more convenient to be trained in your own home.
Fitness and exercise it for everyone, and with that , no matter what the reason, we should all have the opportunity to exercise to get our daily dose of feel good no matter what our circumstances are.
Mobile PT sessions are designed to bring exercise to individuals that may find it difficult to get to the gym. These include:
- Individuals suffering from anxiety triggered by the social or environmental aspect of a gym.
- Individuals with time restraints due to work, family care or daily routine.
-Elderly individuals that may struggle with movement or access. They may also have pre-existing conditions that need to be worked on first, thereby creating the foundation needed to progress onto gym based training.
- Individuals with disabilities that don't allow for easy transportation or movement either from home to a fitness facility, or around the facility themselves.
From the outset you will be made to feel at ease about the process. A simple step - by - step of the process is as follows:
1. Give me a call to talk briefly about your current lifestyle, health & fitness levels, the goals you have and how you want to achieve them.
2. Organise a time and date for an online initial consultation (Microsoft Teams ) that's convenient to you. Here, we'll discuss prescription of exercises and build a programme that's tailored, specific and pertinent to you, as well as getting to know each other a little.
3. Depending on your accommodation, a home visit may be required to determine the suitability of where to train at your property.
3. Once the programme has been finalised, we'll discuss when you want to start training and book in your first session.

1 hour session - £60
1.5 Hour - £80
2 hour - £95
Package Deals
10 x 1 hour (600 Mins)- £550
10 x 2 hour (1200 mins) - £900
(Please note - With package deals, the length of the session is simply deducted from your total minutes, giving you the freedom to adjust session length based on your working life )
